WHAT: House fire.

CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find light smoke coming from the roof a of 1-story house and made an offensive attack. They ventilated the roof and controlled the utilities. Multiple breakers tripped prior to the power being turned off. A primary search was completed, and the fire was extinguished. The residents were advised to have an electrician fix all issues prior to turning the power back on. 36 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 58, 15, 31, 34 and 56.
