WHAT: House Fire

WHERE: 6200 block of Wigton, 77096
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $150,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $200,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes and found smoke and fire coming from the side of a 1-story home. They made an offensive attack and ventilated the home. No one was found inside. The crews extinguished and controlled the fire within 30 minutes. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 82, 73, 68, 59 and 21 responded to this incident.
