INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $83,500 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $24,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from a 1-story house. They made an attack on the fire and ventilated the roof. A primary search was completed and crews protected a nearby exposure. The fire was controlled and extinguished, and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 38 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 20, 23, 19, 18, 40, 30 and Rescue 42.
