WHERE: 7700 block of Avenue H, 77012.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $50,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find smoke and fire coming from a 1-story residential unit that was behind a house. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The crews extinguished the fire, checked the main home for extension and secured the utilities. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 35 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 20, 23, 18 and 30.
