WHAT: House Fire

INJURIES: One civilian transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find smoke coming from the back on a house. They found a fire coming from a small, detached building and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed, and the utilities were secured. The fire was controlled, and a resident was evaluated and transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Multiple portable A/C units were plugged into a single breaker and several breakers had tripped. Crews from Stations 20, 23, 18, 30, 40 and 26 responded to this incident.
