INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $130,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Act of nature (lightning).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within two minutes to find fire in the attic area of a house that had been struck by lightning. They made an offensive attack and ventilated the roof. A primary search was completed, and the utilities were turned off. Crews fully extinguished the fire and completed property conservation. Firefighters from Stations 64, 15, 34, 102, 56, 63, 103, 104, 101, 30 and Atascocita Fire Department responded to this incident.
