CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within 5 minutes to find smoke coming from a 1-story house. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search for a possible occupant reported to the inside. No one was found. The fire was controlled and extinguished with no extension into the attic or adjoining rooms walls or structure. The American Red Cross was notified for the homeowner. After speaking with the residents and finding a tripped electrical breaker, the cause was determined to be accidental electrical in nature. Firefighters from stations 19, 39, 27, 45, 15, 12, and 30 responded to this incident.
