INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $51,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find heavy fire and smoke coming from a 1-story house. The home appeared to be vacant and the power line that supplied the home’s electricity was burned away, falling into the driveway. CenterPoint was notified and firefighters were informed of the danger. They made an offensive attack and extinguished the fire. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 36 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 12, 15, 19, 34 and 30.
