WHERE: 3300 block of Chickering St. 77026.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $205,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $20,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a house on fire and made an offensive attack. The roof was ventilated, and the fire was extinguished without issue. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 33 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 15, 19, 34, 9, 12 and 30.
