DAMAGE: $50,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find fire coming from a vacant 1-story house. A defensive attack was declared with a search not possible due to the conditions of the fire. CenterPoint was requested to secure the electricity. The crews extinguished the fire and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 37 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 39, 15, 34, 27 and 30.
