WHAT: House Fire
WHEN: December 5, 2021 at 11:24 p.m.
WHERE: 2600 block of Rosewood St. 77004
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $185 thousand in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $150 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under Investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find a 2-story house and RV in the driveway burning. They made an offensive attack and ventilated the roof. A primary and secondary search were completed with no one found. Crews extinguished the fire and secured the utilities. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 7, 15, 8, 46, 7, 16, 17 and 24 responded to this incident.
