CAUSE: Failure of Equipment or Heat Source (Fireplace)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find light smoke coming from the front door of a 2-story home. Smoke was originating from the wall surrounding the fireplace which had been in use. The crews opened the wall and exposed and extinguish the burning material. Firefighters from Stations 4, 13 and 67 responded to this incident.
