WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: February 10, 2024, at 10:34 a.m.
WHERE: 8300 block of Arrowhead Ln. 77075.
INJURIES: No reported inuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $90,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $195,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation (appears to be accidental).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within two minutes to find heavy smoke coming from a 1-story house. They made an offensive attack and ventilated the roof. A primary and secondary search were completed with no one found. Crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. CenterPoint was also requested. 40 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 23, 26, 70, 29, 36, 52, 61 and 24.
