ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find smoke coming from a 1-story house and one injured resident in the driveway. The resident was transported to the hospital as crews made an offensive attack on the fire through the garage. Crews attempted to ventilate the roof; however, it was too weak, and one firefighter fell partially through it. They were not injured. A primary search was completed, and the fire was extinguished. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin and determined that the occupant was burning incense and caught a table on fire, spreading to the attic. The American Red Cross was contacted for the residents. 36 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including crews from Stations 21, 2, 59, 47, 48, 80, 82 and 28.
