WHAT: House Fire.
WHEN: September 10, 2022 at 12:20 a.m.
WHERE: 7400 block of Jensen Dr. 77093.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $20,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a 1-story home totally involved on fire. They opened a fence surrounding the structure and made a defensive attack. The fire was controlled, and crews conducted a primary and secondary search with no one found. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. HFD was requested for traffic control, and CenterPoint to ensure the power lines near the structure were safe. The building had no active utilities. Firefighters from Stations 34, 39, 31, 30, and 15 responded to this incident.
