WHAT: House Fire
WHEN: January 29, 2022 at 7:13 a.m.
WHERE: 6100 block of Micollet, 77016
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $40 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within two minutes to find heavy smoke coming from a small 1-story house. They made a defensive attack and requested the power company due to downed power lines in the backyard. Once the fire was extinguished, HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 34, 45, 43 and 56 responded to this incident.
