CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story residential structure. They made an attack on the fire and conducted a primary search. Crews extinguished and contained the fire in the garage area. Firefighters from Stations 23, 21, 59, 24 and 47 responded to this incident.
