CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story house and made entry. A fire had spread beyond the chimney into the walls and ceiling. The crews made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The home was ventilated, and firefighters checked for extension. Once the fire was extinguished, they conducted salvage and overhaul. 32 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 73, 83, 10, 75, 76 and 57.
