WHAT: House Fire

WHERE: 900 block of Granville, 77091
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $45,100 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $47,500 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a 1-story house heavily involved on fire. After the main fire was knocked down, they switched to an offensive strategy, which allowed crews to make entry for a primary search and complete extinguishment. No one was inside the home. There was a live power line on the ground near the front gate and CenterPoint was contacted. HFD Arson investigators requested to deliver in the cause of origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 15, 13, 31, 58, 67, 30 and 4 responded to this incident.
