CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental (discarded smoking materials).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a house on fire and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary search and controlled the fire. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 44 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 4, 13, 31, 50, 67, 30 and heavy Rescue 11.
