WHAT: High Rise Fire

INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $10,997,500 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $22,500 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from the front of a high rise under construction. They located the fire inside the building and extinguished it. All floors were checked and to insure there was no extension. CenterPoint was notified to secure the power and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Crews from Stations 26, 16, 7, 6, 21, 3, 33 and 24 responded to this incident.
