CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find moderate smoke and a sprinkler-controlled fire in a sub-level storage room of a high-rise building. Crews used extinguishers to completely put the fire out and ensured there were no hidden hotspots. The smoke was cleared, and the scene was turned over to the building personnel. A floor cleaner’s engine area caught fire and spread to nearby items. 20 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 6, 7, 8 and 9.
