HOUSTON – The Houston Health Department (HHD) encourages Houstonians to make plans to visit Get Moving Houston Farmer’s Markets before the end of the 2018 season.
The markets, which wrap-up the season in October, offer access to affordable fruits and vegetables.

Get Moving Houston Farmer’s Markets accept cash, credit, debit, Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) vouchers and the Lone Star Card (SNAP). WIC participants may be eligible to receive FMNP vouchers, valued at $30, which can be used to purchase authorized produce only.
