CAUSE: Unintentional - electrical failure
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a breaker that had tripped and stayed energized when it was reset in a water treatment plant. HFD crews quickly extinguished the fire and used a fan to ventilate the smoke from the structure. Firefighters from Stations 20, 19, 27, 41, 42, 17 and Hazmat 22 responded to this incident.
