DAMAGE: $158,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find an abandoned duplex fully involved on fire and spreading to a nearby home. They made a defensive attack and notified the utility companies. The fire was knocked down and a primary and secondary search were completed. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Crews from Stations 19, 12, 8, 27, 9, 6 and 30 responded to this incident.
