DAMAGE: $13,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (candle).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a 1-story duplex and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary search and ventilated the structure. Crews extinguished the fire which appeared to have started from an unattended lit candle. 42 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 15, 34, 32, 43, 56 and Rescue 42.
