CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from a detached garage of a house with a report of a transformer sparking prior to the fire. The fire was extinguished with 38 personnel responding to this incident, including crews from Stations 48, 2, 21, 68, 51, 82, 60 and 24.
