PROPERTY SAVED: $130 thousand in estimated property saved.

DAMAGE: $120 thousand in estimated damage.

CAUSE: Unintentional.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find heavy smoke coming from a 2-story condominium. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The building was ventilated, and the fire was extinguished at about 3:30 p.m. The fire appeared to be accidental, starting on the stove and extending to the cabinets and structure. The unit of origin had smoke and fire damage, with smoke and water damage to several other units. The American Red Cross was contact to assist the residents. Crews from Stations 68, 83, 10, 73, 60, 69, 51 and 76 responded to this incident.
