CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find a smoldering fire the ducts work of a roof top AC unit of a commercial building. They extinguished the fire and contained it to the ceiling and duct work. There was smoke and water damage throughout the store. 20 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including crews from Stations 73, 68 and 82.
