INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $500,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $400,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation (appears to be accidental).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire in the back of a laundry facility. The extinguished the fire and ventilated the structure. CenterPoint was notified to secure the power and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 37 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 51, 28, 68, 37 and 57.
