CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find fire and smoke coming from a commercial wall unit dryer of an apartment complex. They used an extinguisher to put the fire out and removed the appliance from the building. The nearby trim and ceiling were checked for extension and the property was left with maintenance personnel. Crews from Stations 23, 40, 20, 26 and 29 responded to this incident.
