CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a fire in an apartment kitchen. The fire began from the refrigerator and spread to the wall. Crews quickly extinguished it and removed the smoke from the unit. Firefighters from Stations 51, 28, 68, 10, 82 and 57 responded to this incident.
