CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source (wall outlet).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find fire on the first floor of a 2-story apartment building. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. Crews contained the fire to the unit of origin and tapped it out. The fire appeared to have started in a wall outlet and CenterPoint was notified to secure the utilities. Firefighters from Stations 16, 2, 28, 68, 3, 10 and 51 responded to this incident.
