CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find smoke coming from behind the stove of a second-floor apartment unit. Crews found the fire within the wall behind the unit below on the first floor and extinguished the fire within ten minutes. It was determined that the fire originated from an electrical junction box. Firefighters from Stations 21, 68, 51 and 82 responded to this incident.
