INJURIES:	No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED:	Not available.
DAMAGE:	$45 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE:	Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:	Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find light smoke in an apartment unit. A small fire was found in the ceiling of a bathroom. They quickly extinguished the fire which had extended to the void wall area of the second-floor unit above it. Crews ventilated the units, conducted a primary search, and property conservation. The occupant reported having issues with the heater unit in the bathroom prior to the fire. Firefighters from Stations 6, 31, 11, 13 and 15 responded to this incident.
