CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a fire around the AC air handler and crawl space in an apartment unit. Crews extinguished the fire with a pump can and ventilated the apartment. The building maintenance was on scene and overhaul was completed by HFD. Firefighters from Stations 57, 28, 60, 51 and 2 responded to this incident.
