CAUSE: Undetermined.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a second-story apartment and made an offensive attack. A primary search was conducted, and the utilities were secured. The crews controlled and extinguished the fire and ventilated the smoke from the unit. 32 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 4, 5, 13, 50, 67 and 83.
