CAUSE: Unintentional (cigarette)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a reported fire in an apartment unit with a victim. Crews found and transported the resident to the hospital in stable condition. The fire was fully extinguished within 20 minutes and firefighters conducted salvage and overhaul, removing the smoke and water. Crews from Stations 19, 20, 27, 39 and 41 responded to this incident.
