ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find and extinguish a small kitchen fire in an apartment. The occupant had attempted to extinguish the fire before HFD arrived. A primary search was completed with no one found. The fire damaged the cabinets and stove top with heavy smoke damage throughout the entire unit. A burner had been accidentally turned on and caught grease on fire. Crews from Stations 75, 83, 57, 86 and 69 responded to this incident.
