CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters from Station 21 arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke coming from a second story apartment. Carpet was found smoldering with a lot of smoke. Crews wet down the carpet and used a fan to clear the smoke. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin.
