Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 930 North Sam Houston Parkway East about 4:05 p.m. on Tuesday (October 9).
The identity of the male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers A. Lopez, J. Flores and J. Caten reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a welfare check at the above address. Upon arrival, they found the deceased male inside a sewage draining system. The HPD Dive Team was called to the scene and recovered the body.
There are no obvious signs of foul play.
The investigation is continuing.
