| The fatal stabbing of a man that occurred at 9914 Valley Wind about 10:15 p.m. last Friday (April 27) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.
The male, Lionel Alexander, 64, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Fay and T. Terry reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased individual at the above address. Upon arrival, they found Alexander dead from multiple stab wounds. His wife stated the couple had been arguing earlier and it had escalated. She had non-life-threatening lacerations to her torso and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, it appears to be a domestic violence situation in which the woman defended herself.
The investigation is continuing.
