| Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the stabbing of a man at 3501 North McGregor Way about 11:20 p.m. on Saturday (March 24).
The suspect, Ericka Naim, (b/f, 40),.is charged with aggravated assault-family violence in the 339th State District Court. She is accused in the stabbing of her live-in boyfriend, Terry Copper, 51, who was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

HPD Major Assaults Unit Officers J. Roberts and B. Salazar reported:
Witnesses reported an altercation between Mr. Cooper and Naim. During the argument witnesses heard threats being made and, a short time later, Cooper was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital with a stab wound to the chest. Naim was taken into custody and subsequently charged.
