The 21-year-old male victim was standing with a group of individuals outside a business at the above address when a gold Cadillac approached. One or more persons inside the vehicle fired shots at the male.
The suspect vehicle then drove down the street, made a U-turn and headed back to the shooting location. Prior to arriving, more shots were fired from inside the Cadillac, striking two innocent bystanders (28 and 3-year-old males) inside another vehicle. The Cadillac’s occupants then fired again in the direction of the first victim before fleeing the scene southbound on Rampart.
