Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 600 West Cavalcade Street about 2:35 a.m. Friday (Sept. 18).
The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Detective M. Cater reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and located a male under a Metro bus stop shelter. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
At this time there is no known suspect or motive.
