Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 900 Lucky Street about 2 a.m. on Saturday (May 17).
The suspect, Jaggard Dontae Bouldin, 34, is charged with murder in the 209th State District Court. A booking photo of Bouldin is attached to this new release.
The victim is identified as Eric West, 48.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives E. Torres and A. Graf reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a male with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim had been transported to the hospital by a private vehicle, where doctors pronounced him deceased.
Investigators determined the victim got into a physical altercation with another male at the above address. The suspect shot the victim multiple times and fled the scene on foot.
Further investigation identified the suspect as Jaggard Bouldin, and on Wednesday (June 4), the suspect was arrested by the HPD Fugitive Apprehension Team and booked into the Harris County Jail.
