Houston police are investigating a fatal hit and run crash that occurred at 10200 Jensen Drive about 9:25 p.m. last Friday (February 21).
The identity of the deceased male, 58, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Richards and Officer J. Best reported:
The male was on a bicycle traveling southwest across Jensen Drive when he was struck by a vehicle of unknown make or model. The driver did not stop to provide assistance and fled the scene.
Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the male to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
At this time there is no known suspect or vehicle description.
