| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 3200 North State Highway 6 about 2:25 a.m. on Sunday (February 9).
The identities of the deceased female, 31, and male, 24, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer T. Johnson reported:
The female and male were in a white Toyota RAV4 traveling southbound near the above address when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway, struck a utility pole, then went airborne and struck several trees. The female was ejected. The male remained inside the vehicle.
Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male and female deceased.
At this time, it has not been determined who was the driver at the time of the crash.
No other persons or vehicles were involved in this crash. The investigation is continuing.
