ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find an abandoned apartment on fire with a known hazard for structural collapse and previous incidents. They cut through the fence and made a defensive attack on the fire. Due to the structural conditions, only an exterior attack was conducted until the fire was controlled and fully extinguished. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 35 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 5, 78, 49, 69, 77, 38 and 57.
