WHERE: 8100 block of Stedman St. 77029.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $160,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental (electrical).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a house on fire and made a defensive attack. The nearby structures were also cleared. The utilities were secured, and the fire was contained enough to make an interior attack to fully extinguish it. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 42 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 41, 23, 20, 45, 27, 42, 30 and Rescue 42.
